The ZF-M802 is suitable only for users with mild to moderate hearing loss, helping them hear sounds ranging from 20 to 70 decibels.
For first-time hearing aid users, it is recommended to first undergo a hearing test to determine whether a hearing aid is necessary to address their hearing loss.
Please pay attention to the earplugs' tip sizing. We provide three sizes of earplugs; if they do not fit your ear canal perfectly, whistling or beeping may occur. Should this happen, please remove the device and turn it off immediately. Resume normal use only after ensuring a proper, secure fit. Under normal circumstances, the earplugs we provide are sufficient for everyone, though exceptions may still occur.
Please note that the ZF-M802 is merely an alternative solution for hearing loss; it cannot fully restore or resolve hearing loss.
